Superintendent Evaluation: Making the Most of the Opportunity

The Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents (M.A.S.S.), the Massachusetts School Committee Association (MASC) and the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) are pleased to announce that we are once again offering a Program on Superintendent Evaluation. The program will use a webinar format. The program will include guidance on best practices for the evaluation of the Superintendent and a discussion on rubrics and resources. The presenters will also discuss how to apply the model for superintendent evaluation to district priorities of the 2021-22 academic year, such as the continued commitment to diversity and equity, the acceleration of student learning, and social emotional supports for students, staff, and our communities.
